Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a well-known American after winning American Idol's inaugural season. The win was more than a major success, but it earned her a recording contract for multiple albums from RCA Records 19 Recordings & "S Records. In the years since, she's released several studio albums. Three of them have made it to the US Billboard 200 charts while the other two were only an inch way away. It's a major performers to emerge from American Idol. She experimented as she gained popularity with different musical themes and styles. She often composed songs of her own. Her uniqueness and vocal abilities earned her critical praise and a number of prestigious award. She has been awarded an award called the Grammy Award 3 times. In addition to her musical professional career, she has been involved in television and film. She also wrote the children's book River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and is involved in a variety of charitable organisations.
