Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin, a Canadian-New Zealander actress. Paquin, born in Winnipeg and was raised by Wellington Paquin's father, was first seen on stage in the role of Flora McGrath. For this role she received an Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress for the romantic comedy The Piano at the young age of eleven. She was the second youngest recipient in Oscar History. Canadian-born New Zealand actor who won the Academy Award as a youngster in the category of Best Supporting actress for acting as the bright and interesting daughter of Holly Hunter's lead role on the film The Piano.
